Hi everyone. My name is Alfie Ng Chien Lun. I will be turning to 21 years old in the month of March this year. I was born in Kuala Lumpur and Terengganu is my home town. I love to be there as fishing is one of my hobbies. In Terengganu, we can actually catch numerous types of fishes. Rivers and Blue Ocean are the best locations for fishing. It is fun and joyful to experience the process of fishing.
Currently, I am pursuing my accounting degree course in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar). This year will be my final year as I am in Year 3 Semester 1. Hopefully, I am able to graduate in time as the level of difficulty in studying is increasing. I am having a part time job at Starbucks in MidValley though. I have been joining the Starbucks for more than one year. It was a delightful working experience I have ever had in my lifetime. I have learnt a lot such as communication skills since joining the team. Other than that, I have made lots of friends in Starbucks which is from different kind of races. It is a multi racial workplace which allows us to expose ourselves more to the communicating.
Furthermore, I like playing sports such as football and futsal games. It is a wonderful moment when I am having match with others. I can also make friends through playing. It is good and beneficial to be sociable and know more friends Other than that, I like watching football matches especially from Barclays Premier League. I support Manchester United team which is recognizably considered as one of the most famous and profitable team in the world. In my point of view, they are always the most incredible, consistent, fabulous and powerful team in the world. I am used to read the newspaper to get the fixture of the matches every week. Moreover, I would also surf internet in order to access to sports website such as ESPN.com to get the latest news which we could not possibly get in newspaper.
The last but not the least, competitive labor markets in Malaysia has given me the motivation to further my studies after finishing my degree course in Utar. I do wish to take on ACCA course as it is internationally recognized. While taking the ACCA, I really hope that I can really find a stable job with reasonable wage to support my living expenses as well as my study fees. Hopefully, I am capable to fulfill my ambition and dream although it is still a long journey for me to go.
